Title
[Four Men Sit on Two Dead Trees Along Bank of Waterway]
Creator
Hoffman, Peter B.
Description
Along the bank of a waterway, presumably the Mississippi River, four men sit on two dead trees that are lying horizontally. In the foreground is a pile of driftwood, limbs, and sticks. Edward Hoffmann is sitting, and to his left is Albert Hoffmann also sitting on a dead tree. Edward is smiling, looking at Albert, and Albert is looking forward, towards the ground. Behind them is a group of trees. Behind them and to the right of the photograph is Emil Youngblood, laying down on the dead tree with his left arm holding him up. To the right is Peter B. Hoffmann Sr. sitting with his left leg pulled upwards on the tree and his left arm supporting him to sit straight up.
