This interior view of a small room shows a man, dressed in a dark suit, standing in a profile view next to what appears to be a set of scales. The man is looking out of a window, although the shades are drawn. The room has been partitioned into two areas with a low railing. A table may be seen in front of the railing. Two monthly calendars, and a day calendar showing a “7” for the date are visible. A clock with Roman numerals on its face, shows the time as 1:50. The number “313” has been written on the emulsion side of the negative and is visible in the upper right corner of the picture. The number “1” has been written in the upper left corner.
