Swing Bridge Across Meuse River

In the foreground is one bank of the Meuse River and on the other side is the other bank that is lined with trees that are about the same height. On the bank in the foreground are weeds and large piles of trees and debris. Going across the river to a platform that is possibly sitting in the middle of the river is a swing bridge. The width of the bridge appears to be slightly wider than a human's width. There is one person wearing all black who is walking across the bridge.
