There is a group of boys wearing their swimwear to the left of the photo; wearing shorts and tank tops. There is also a group of older boys and younger boys sitting in the sand behind this group. A white building, which is either floating or built over the water is seen in the river. The building is connected to the shore by a small walkway. There are a group of men, women, and girls to the right of the photo and they are wearing nicer clothing. There is a boy with a bike in front of the group standing, looking out towards the water. There is a small row boat with one person in it, in the middle of the river. The shore full of trees is visible on the other side of the river. The right side and bottom of the photograph have a discoloration.
