There is a building in the water not to far from shore that is connected to shore by a small walkway. The building is white and is either floating on the water or built right above the water. There is a group of people on the left in normal clothing. Girls are wearing dresses and men are wearing suits. There is a boy next to a bicycle wearing a hat and watching the people on the beach. There are boys in the water (Mississippi River) and a small boat in the distance.
