The Wales Hotel, located on the corner of Bluff and 8th Streets, facing Bluff. A 5 story building with a two story add-on to the left. The hotel has a fire escape right in the middle of the building, extending from the roof, to the second floor. Along the street there are people standing. There is a striped terrace over the right side of the front. On the side of the building, there is another fire escape that "zigzags" from the roof to the second floor, and another fire escape that is straight up and down. There is a porched area over a small deck/porch and the sidewalk. On the side and front of the hotel is "WALES HOTEL" painted on the walls.
