Creator
Hoffman, Peter B.
Description
A side view of the bridge over Catfish Creek with a train car leaning away from the photographer. The creek is covered in snow and ice underneath the bridge. The left side of the picture shows the bridge being held up by stones. There are three men or boys standing on the side of the train car which is leaning over, and one is very hidden by the train car. The left leg of the bridge has a sign that reads, "Cat Fish Creek". There is also a sign standing in front of the bridge on the left that reads, "ALL PERSONS ARE POSITIVELY FORBIDDEN TO WALK UPON THIS BRIDGE". Behind this sign is a handcar that is sitting on the tracks. The foreground of the photo shows a railroad telegraph line with cables and wires extended every way.
