Small stone home elevated on a hill. The side of the hill has no greenery and is just dirt. There is a small cement drain on the right side of the photo which leads down the side of the hill. On the left side of the hill and photograph there are steps that lead up the hill and another set of set that lead up to the covered front porch. The front porch has the door that goes into the house and there is a window on the right side of the porch that says, "For Sale: Voelk" in bold letters and a few letters are cut off of "Voelk" and in between the "For Sale" and the "Voelk" is the words "Cash or Pay-As-You-Can" and "13th and Clay Streets". The house is a two story house and behind the house is trees.
