Description

Two men and one woman may be seen working in this photograph of a small, cluttered office. One man, wearing a stripped apron is standing in front of a narrow window. A large bunch of bananas has been hung from the window frame. The woman is seated at a typewriter, and the other man is working a small desk. Numerous books and documents are stacked on shelves above the desk and on a table. Additional piles of papers have been attached to the walls behind the woman. The number “319” has been written on the emulsion side of the negative and is visible in the upper right corner of the picture. The number “4” has been written in the upper left corner.
