Leaning on a shovel, a man may be seen standing in a snow covered street, in front of a low fence. A large home is behind him. Snow covered bushes and trees are visible near the house. The photographer’s notes indicate that this image was taken near a home located on Seminary Street, later re-named Clarke Drive, in Dubuque, Iowa. The number 1330 is written on a label that has been stuck to the lower left corner of the slide.
