A leather couch with an elevated end, and a pillow with an American flag motif, may be seen under a window in the two-room office suite. Over the couch are two framed photographs of Dr. Conzett’s dental fraternity brothers and dental surgery school classmates. A chair and a small bookcase are next to the couch. On the bookcase is an “Iowa Telephone Company” phone book. The dentist and a patient in a dental chair may be seen through a doorway. Ornate curtains partially cover the opening. The number “75” has been written on the emulsion side of the negative and is visible in the upper right corner of the picture. The number “3” is written in the upper left corner.
